Hand-Cut Lino Prints

Each of these prints is handmade using the traditional art of linocutting. To create each one, I carve my original design into a sheet of linoleum or rubber, ink the image by hand, and then press it onto paper creating a unique print. Because each print is slightly different from its mates, every piece is one of a kind.  Each of these signed, open edition prints measures 5x7 and is matted in black to 8x10, ready for framing. 

PLEASE NOTE: Because each image is hand-inked and hand-pressed, the print you receive may show slight variations in color, tone, or overlap from one pictured here. This is part of what makes each print unique and one of the reasons linocutting is so popular among printmakers.  And because variety is beautiful, I am happy to change colors for your print at no extra cost provided I have the materials to do so.
